The Yehl Law group is headed by Roger J. Yehl,
the son of a Navy Seabee and former Mayor of the City of Salamanca,
New York.
Roger was brought up in a family of seven in
Salamanca. After earning a Bachelors Degree at SUNY Fredonia,
he enrolled in law school at Thomas Jefferson in San Diego,
California. Post Law School, he accepted a position with American
Express Financial Advisors where he obtained his Series 7,
Series 66, and California Life and Health licenses. These
licenses permitted him to act as a financial advisor for consumers
and was the impetus behind his decision to advocate for individuals
in need of legal services.
Roger successfully completed the New York Bar
Exam in the summer of 2001. He then worked for a private practice
in Kingston, New York specializing in Bankruptcy, Workers
Compensation, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and Social Security/Disability.
Armed with a decade of experience, Roger decided
to move back to Western New York to open his own practice.
He is currently licensed in New York and New Jersey specializing
in Bankruptcy, Criminal, and Social Security/Disability Law.
Aside from Roger's dedication to his practice,
he currently acts as a staff attorney for a Chapter 13 Standing
Trustee in New Jersey.
